We started the meeting by deciding which topic to talk about and what are the roles of each person. After we sat and discussed we chose our topic which was Emiratization. There was an argument about the issue where everyone gave his opinion about Emiratization. The issue is based on young adults prefer working in the government sector rather than the private sector. We agreed on a time and place to briefly introduce the agenda and give solutions how to encourage students to start applying for the private sector. We started the meeting by the chairman welcoming us; after that we sat and discussed some of the possible solutions to increase employment in the private sector. We went through the agenda and covered all the possible solutions. In addition, we gave examples of how it is going to be done. The chairman was impressed by the group’s ideas and how creative we were to bring up the best solution for our issue. Some of my ideas were disliked by the group because they were unrealistic and not possible. We ended the meeting by bringing up the best solution to encourage students about the private sector. If we had the opportunity to work on the issue, we would have done a successful job because of the brilliant ideas we figured out, for example changing the government sector to the private sector. At last, the chairman again thanked us for participating in the meeting and closed it in a good way.
